the service is welcoming, includes free parking. rooms are well furnished and great-sized with very comfortable beds and tea/coffee making facilities plus extra pillows, food is splendid.

The rooms were nicely furnished and modern with central heating, iron and ironing board, and coffee and tea making equipment. the hotel had an unbeatable and magnificent position close to the restaurants and the beach.

The food here was fantastic and we really loved it. the location is spot on, right by a local pub where we could grab affordable evening meals, which made it super convenient to reach all the main attractions nearby. 🍽️

My room was airy and neat with a huge bathroom. the setting was perfect and really handy, close to St Austell, Charlestown Harbour, and the Eden Project.

We recently stayed at a guest house in Cornwall and had a great experience. The location was very convenient, with a bus stop nearby, making it easy for us to explore the area. We were also pleased to find a local pub within walking distance, where we could enjoy evening meals at a reasonable cost. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-maintained en suite bathroom. The breakfast served was excellent, with a choice of local produce and freshly made toast. the guest house provided us with a pleasant stay and we would consider returning.

There was some traffic noise from the nearby road, which was a minor inconvenience.
